Blue Spruce Super Blue Picea pungens ‘Super Blue’ stands out as one of the finest ornamental conifers you can grow. This Colorado blue spruce variety boasts remarkably intense steel-blue foliage that stays more vibrant and uniform than most other blue spruce types.
What makes ‘Super Blue’ special is its neat, compact growing pattern. It develops into a lovely conical shape naturally, so you won’t need to do much pruning to keep it looking smart. Though it grows at a steady rather than fast pace, it will eventually reach 6-10 metres tall in gardens, whilst staying narrow enough for most spaces.
The brilliant blue colour is what really catches the eye. Unlike some plants that fade through the seasons, this steel-blue shade stays strong all year round, giving your garden a permanent feature that really stands out. Seeds
We generally send seeds out via Royal Mail Second Class. It’s the safest and easiest way to deliver seeds.
Young Trees
Young trees (Less than 1.2m) will generally be sent via Evri.
Larger quantities of young trees will be sent via ParcelForce or pallet courier..
Huge Trees
Some of our huge trees are too tall to be sent via a courier. They are generally only available for collection from our nursery, local delivery or via occasionally pallet courier. This will be shown on the individual product page.
