As a compact and unusual variety, Hamlet’s Broom Dawn Redwood Metasequoia glyptostroboides ‘Hamlet’s Broom’ brings lovely visual appeal with its cream and white marked leaves in spring that change to fresh green through summer before turning golden yellow and rich russet tones in autumn.
This variety works well in smaller gardens and city spaces, giving seasonal interest throughout the year whilst adding character with its slow-growing habit and unusual shape. The leaf markings and seasonal colour shifts make ‘Hamlet’s Broom’ quite sculptural, offering appeal all year round and creating good contrast against winter gardens once the leaves drop, showing off its detailed branching pattern.

Seeds
We generally send seeds out via Royal Mail Second Class. It’s the safest and easiest way to deliver seeds.
Young Trees
Young trees (Less than 1.2m) will generally be sent via Evri.
Larger quantities of young trees will be sent via ParcelForce or pallet courier..
Huge Trees
Some of our huge trees are too tall to be sent via a courier. They are generally only available for collection from our nursery, local delivery or via occasionally pallet courier. This will be shown on the individual product page.
